The challenge of increasing citizen participation in the process of participatory democracy is what this site will be dealing with. The site will focus on citizens’ participation, good governance strategy and public ethics at local and regional level. This initiative is aimed at raising awareness of how local authorities operate and to draw the attention of Ethiopia’s and Africa’s citizens to the fact that their participation in local affairs is crucial for the vivacity of democracy.
